By accessing or using services provided by Webbi ("Company," "we," "us"), you ("Client," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Webbi provides web design, development, and ongoing management services as outlined in your selected plan. Services include:
One-time setup fees are due before work begins. Monthly management fees begin after launch and cover hosting, monitoring, security updates, and email support. Failure to pay may result in suspension of hosting and management services.
We aim to deliver a first draft within 48 hours of project kick-off. Full project delivery is guaranteed within 30 calendar days. Timelines may vary for complex projects and will be communicated before work begins.
Revisions are included as specified by your plan tier. Additional revisions beyond the included scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.
The Client retains full ownership of all branding, content, and business identity provided to Webbi. Upon full payment, the Client owns the completed website deliverables. Webbi retains the right to use anonymized project samples in its portfolio unless the Client opts out in writing.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. If the Client terminates before project completion, fees for work completed to date are non-refundable. Monthly management services may be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice.
Webbi's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client under the applicable service agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption. We make no guarantees regarding search engine rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.
Any disputes shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation before pursuing litigation. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Jurisdiction applies across the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV).
Webbi reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Name, email, phone number, and business details provided through our contact forms and service agreements. We do not collect payment information directly — payments are processed through third-party processors.
To provide and improve our services, communicate about your project, send invoices, and respond to inquiries. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.
